United Executive Chef Gerry McLoughlin unveiled the reimagined Polaris seasonal menu and elevated onboard dining experience today, at an exclusive preview event in Dublin for Irish and U.K. media.
Ireland Sales Manager, Pat Reede and Managing Director Sales, U.K. and Ireland, Bob Schumacher attended the event and Schumacher outlined the importance of the new Polaris Business Class to United. Chef Gerry demonstrated a selection of dishes from the enhanced seasonal menu, including Braised Short Rib and Grilled Salmon, and served samples to the specially invited media.
