United Airlines has inaugurated its new nonstop seasonal service between Ponta Delgada Airport and its hub at Newark Liberty International Airport, celebrating the arrival of its first flight into Ponta Delgada today.United’s new service from the Azores is being flown with a brand-new Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft - the newest in United’s fleet - featuring United’s new signature interior with enhanced seat back entertainment with Bluetooth connectivity and overhead bin space for every customer.
